Was Lieberman speaking on Repub time?
Christy Hardin Smith says yes. This from the comments over at Firedoglake:

btw, gang, I asked for some clarification on Lieberman — and it looks like he was, indeed, using Republican time for that whiny, droning monstrosity. Just FYI.

Everyone knows the man truly is a Republicon. Why continue the charade of pretending to be anything else, Joe?

If it walks like Republicon, and talks like a Republicon, it's a Republicon. Sounds like Joe to me.
