Media Whore Watch: CNN's John Roberts gives a few minutes to Barbara Boxer & Saxby Chambliss

to talk about the all night Fillibuster still ongoing. CNN positions Minority Party Repug Chambliss in picuture OVER Boxer who is Ranking Majority Party Dem and then gives Chambliss most of the time to rave on about how we have to wait for General Petraeus Report in September and how the vote will fail. Roberts didn't give Boxer time to rebut Chambliss's ravings even when she protested and CNN immediately went to a report about Hollywood Kids Alcoholics ankle bracelets which can digitally report if one is drinking again.

I guess Hollywood Kids ankle bracelets are more important to whatever company is trying to get their stock up by having CNN do a segment on the product than an all night Marathon over the Civil War in Iraq and the destruction of our economy and lives of both troops and Iraqi's.

C-Span is not much better calling it an all night Debate and not mentioning that the Repugs refuse to have a vote on the Levin Amendment.

5. What's discouraging is that CNN/MSNBC don't listen to complaints about coverage.

They put these polls up and when 90% agree about impeachment or getting out of Iraq their coverage never changes. Instead it seems to get worse...when we thought it was as bad as it could get...it get's worse.

So, they don't listen to their own polls of viewers and don't listen to the studies showing how biased their coverage is and that their lack of coverage got us into Iraq. It just doesn't matter to them anymore. :shrug: So...why should we watch ..ever hopeful for a scrap of real information instead of propaganda.
