Gallup has Cheney at 30% approval--is he more popular than Bush now?

7. Gallop's polls are slanted in favor of repubs, any repubs....

They poll more repubs than Democrats and Independents. Notice that this report at Gallop does NOT give a breakdown of what percentage of repubs were polled versus Democrats or Independents. Not showing that breakdown is deliberate.
