I'm not the forgiving type when it comes to our current media. The impression I got from the interview was that he may have caught some grief from "we the little people" over the role he, and his peers played in lying the way to war. If anything I feel he's just doing some damage control so as to appear by the media not questioning the "great and powerful OZ."
