The House Foreign Affairs Committee Middle East and South Asia Subcommittee and International Organizations, Human Rights, and Oversight Subcommittee held a joint hearing on the state of reconstruction of Iraq's oil sector. The proposed Iraqi hydro-carbon law was also discussed.
