WASHINGTON, July 19 (Reuters) - A September report on President George W. Bush's strategy in Iraq will show whether the plan is progressing, but a fuller assessment will take until November, a top U.S. commander said on Thursday.

What a joke. I would laugh if I knew the extra time didn't mean the deaths of thousands more. Because that is the key with everything Glorious Leader bush does with Iraq these days, build time. Because before the People know it, the caucuses will be upon us and the D/R candidates will indicate it's not the time to pull out during an election cycle.

And, the War will continue, the DoD will continue to put out reports of 'High-Level Al Qaeda' members killed/captured. Faux will continue to ignore reporting on the 'pesky 1 VBIED incident a day'. The Hannity Freedom Express (backed by many other in the media) will continue to demand congress allow the Surge to work.

And the true war, the war to control the huge spigot of American tax dollars, which has pumped out 3 trillion and will provide Blackwater, Boeing, Northrup gruman, Colt, Dyncorp, ExxonMobil and others with another Trillion more next year will continue...
