A little item for your fax machines:
Friendly reminder:

``I do solemnly swear that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God.''

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

1. Would this not lead conservatives to fight amongst themselves?
They are domestic enemies of the constitution, on the other hand they find that constitution a nuisance most of the time.

6. Well-l-l-l I started with MY Rep & Senators. .
Then I moved onto the Repugs on the Senate Judiciary Committee. . Now I'm more than 1/2 way down the list of Repugs on the House Judiciary Committee (and some of those good ol' boys HIDE that fax # in "constituent services").

Oh, And I shot a quick one to Ms. D. Feinstein for good measure.

3. Sarah Taylor should be he first to be held accountable.
She said she defends bush....if she did not swear to defend the constitution than she really was not an employee of the government. That is the trouble every single one the the bush butt kissers are defending bush and not the constitution.

I think they should all be made to swear in again and that the whole congress and the country should hear them say THEY WILL DEFEND THE CONSTITUTION. And not bush.

5. When Taylor returns to testify, the Committee should ask her to read this oath aloud and ....
to confirm that this is the oath she took and will uphold in the giving of her testimony that day.

4. The last sentence is not part of the Article II. oath.
It is an add-on recent "presidents" have used.
