Someone please enlighten me as to what a DFH is.

I've seen that abbreviation used in several places, but particularly on Kos. In fact, he uses it this morning in regard to the pursuit of contempt citations for resisting Congressional subpoenas.

Bush says Executive Privilege prevents attorneys from prosecuting contempt charges, and Kos says "Congress, welcome to the ranks of the DFHes."

What's a DFH? Am I one?
