can anyone really debate where this country is headed? where it actually IS?

what comfort is anybody willing to forego? what risk will anybody undertake?

think about it this way: just in your day-to-day life, there are manifold opportunities for multiple governmental agencies to collect data regarding you, your activities, and ways in which these datapoints can be construed to make a case against you or anyone.

try to leave the country with $35,000 in cash.

it would more than likely be confiscated for its POTENTIAL to do harm through drug trafficking, terrorism, or undermining the stability of the process of iraq. it doesn't matter to the government if you've actually committed any crime or not.

as it stands, RIGHT NOW, any given person doesn't have to do anything to inculcate the wrath of the "justice" system. all any governmental entity has to do is prove that your actions or intentions allow for the risk or potential of damage to the machine.

read about federal conspiracy trials, read about asset forfeiture. the executive orders are just icing on the cake. mechanisms are already in place that were designed to deprive you of life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness with minimal expenditure on the part of the government.

and this is the point: whether you do anything or simply continue to just post on internet forums, the result might be the same.

the question is do you want to make the decision or do you want a bureaucrat to make it for you?
