Why do I feel this colonoscopy isn't "routine"? Isn't this normally done during the course of a physical for men of Bush's age?

I noticed that the msnbc.com story stated that the procedure was to be done Saturday at "his (Bush's) Camp David house." Last I heard, that facility belonged to the people of the United States of America. Has something changed that we don't know about?
