If Bush/Cheney were impeached and convicted in the Senate, |
|
How would it be enforced?
Would they be kicked out and who would do it?
Would they try and fight it all the way to the Supreme Court?
Would they just ignore it or just use an executive order to ignore it?

1. I think they'd declare an emergency and |
|
martial law, disband the congress and SCOTUS, decalre the constitution null and void
I think they are going to do that anyway

there's no judicial remedy to impeachment. They'd leave.

4. What if they decided not to leave, who would force them out? |

you really think he's gonna barricade himself in the White House?
It doesn't matter though, because the chances of Bush and Cheney both being removed via impeachment is nil.

11. The only reason I pose this hypothetical |
|
is that we continue to see things that we never thought could ever happen, and yet they continue to. Maybe I have a little too much MIHOP/LIHOP or tin foil hat going, but I just don't trust these fuckers.

8. Since they have spent the last six years shredding the Constitution, |
|
would they leave voluntarily or would the fight it? I have no idea how they would fight it.
And who would force them to leave? I just would not trust them to leave on their own. I'd love to see them frog marched out!!

would force them to leave.
Why would they stay? They wouldn't be in power anymore.
