5. Don't worry.
Wetzelbill is giving you a 124% raise for campaigning so effectively.

Why, just look, you're even doing it at the risk of losing your reputation in decent society. That's dedication.

23. "Breaking News"--Associated Press
"Breaking News: How the Associated Press Has Covered War, Peace, and Everything Else
"Reporters for the Associated Press recall their coverage of major world events in this book."
This was a great program, with a video telling the background of news wire reporting of some of the important stories of the past generation or so, including comments by David Halberstam, and a panel of reporters from the A.P., back when it was really great as a news organization. There were stories about the 1950s-1960s civil rights era, the Viet Nam war, and others, from reporters who were there, and stories were very well told, and enthralling to listen to. This seems to be a great book of on-the-scene repoting, of the true historical events of the past 50 years or so. I love great newspaper writing--back when it was really good--smart and factual, and fast-paced above all, and the reporters who contributed to this book were really great story-tellers on this program. The Associated Press has been around since the mid-1800s I think, and files for even the earliest stories still exist, and so the stories went all the way back to the beginning. I think this book would be a lot of fun to read.
