Marc Rich was the guy that Clinton pardoned at the end of his second term.

The repukes raked Clinton over the coals for that one............

ETA: I can't remember anything about Whitewater, though.

3. Libby was Mark Rich's lawyer. Rich was pardoned by Clinton in the last hours
of his administration and was raked over the coals for it.
