Why Didn't Bush Just Wait?
I wonder why the Village Idiot didn't just wait until this weekend, while his court jester was in charge, and allow Cheney to just COMPLETELY PARDON "Scooter"???

That's one of the reasons he is THE Village Idiot, I guess!

he probably wanted the pleasure of doing it himself and getting to shove it down everyone's throat. x(
