Japan refuses nuclear reactor help
http://feeds.bignewsnetwork.com/?sid=267026

Japan reports claims the government intends dealing with a nuclear reactor leak without outside help.

The government has apparently turned down an offer by the United Nations nuclear agency to send inspectors to a nuclear plant damaged by the recent earthquake.

Japanese safety officials will work alone to resolve the problems at the power station which leaked low levels of radiation after nuclear spills.

1. It does sound suspicious. Can't radiation leaked into the
atmosphere be traced?

4. Well, I've done some searching and all I have come up with is that
Norway has great concern over their Russian neighbors nuclear "fallout"....old nuclear subs, etc. I couldn't document that Norway blew the whistle in 1986.
