Mostly I ignore the advertisements, but for some reason I saw and read this one:

I gotta ask, how is this a market they would think to advertise in?

Second, the framing of their "solution" is a "honeyed potion" that cures all ills for US Corps that cannot find those highly motivated programmers for $10/hr. This is a bit of a slap to the integrity of the site.
