If the Congress won't toss them out they should starve them out.

Someone explain to me why the Congress has given this lawless Administration one single dime our our tax money or future debt to continue its activities?

2. Incorrect. He did usurp the power of congress in late 2001 (I believe) when he

illegally directed 700,000,000 to Iraq war planning. He also weakened congress's ability to make decisions on funding when he lied to congress about medicare costs....and there are many more examples of either spending money congress hasn't authorized or refusing to spend money and implement programs congress has authorized.

How is it that he raided social security trust fund? Who authorized that?

3. About the treasury...

I've been hearing about the treasury being raided but only here and not in any documentation outside of a discussion board. Do you know of a credible website that states this? I'd REALLY appreciate it if you could post that.
