Unlike spurts of previous years we haven't been fighting off the trolls and bots, in fact i've only ran across one questionable poster in recent days, could be people are flocking to our banner now.

10. I'd like to think I've helped contribute to that. My neighbors (the older ones)

are always asking me questions re impeachment, Pelosi, Iraq, etc. and through DU I've become educated and they sort of look to me for their info. Finally I found out that more than half of them have computers but have been using them for e-mailing grandchildren, etc. I told them about DU, the education I've received, etc. and I think they are now a part of the community, they seem to be more informed these days and we have some good conversations. What is it about O'Reilly that attracts them?? My next mission, should I choose to accept.....lol.
