Two Men Who Kill For God



This man killed a Southwest Airlines flight attendant after hunting for a gay man to kill because he believes he was called by God to do so.



This man took the nation to war unnecessarily, killing many, believing God told him to go to war.

One of these men is probably considered insane and is in jail. The other man is still free and, despite declining approval, 25% of the country still approves of his actions. Both men believe they kill for God.

5. Damn--messes up format of post

I came up with the idea upon reading the first paragraph and quickly went to post without taking a good look at the caption.

Unless another story has a picture of the actual murder suspect I'll have to rewrite it (and it won't work as well as it does now).

3. I believe the man in the first photo ...

... is the flight attendant who was killed, not the killer. I remember a thread here when the story broke a week or so back and it contained this photo and one of his killer - much younger and, IIRC, the son of a local law-enforcement official.
