OK...Shame on Me for Watching Tweety but Mike Moore Calls for Paper Ballot for Elections!

Now that I got that out...let me clue you in. At the end of Tweety's show with Moore there's a Q&A with the kids on Matthews "Hardball Plaza" Moore said in answer to what "Kids can do to change system" that you VOTE...saying only 50% Vote and "if you Vote you don't know if it's going to be counted." Then..he went on to say that "...in Canada folks vote on Paper Ballots (emphasis mine) and it takes 24 hours and we know who we voted for. But, if you vote, you need to KNOW your vote is counted!"

Watch IT!

And for dessert the LAST HALF OF TWEETY'S SHOW (Don't bother with the beginning if you are disgusted with Tweety like most of us) but...the LAST HALF has an incredible counterpoint between the kids asking questions and Moore answering.

3. He's on ...and a Questioner brings up Big Pharma Controlling Media

and Tweety FREAKS OUT calling this Conspiracy Theory...and Mike Moore is very diplomatic but says "Chris you know that you and I "feed at the same trough." But in the first half hour Mike is uncomfortable with Tweety because Tweety talks OVER HIM and seems to be trying to both Promote and Trash in the same sentence. (DU Tweety Watchers know how Tweety behaves) but that's why I recommended the last half hour of the show. The "Q&A" with the kids is the best part. Also Moore put out a SOUND BYTE...of CHRISTIANIZED HEALTH CARE...where he kind of says...WHO WOULD JESUS DENY HEALTH CARE TO? Not Illegal Immmigrants or YOU AND I! It's in the last half hour of the show. And...it's good...because he calls out Tweety and counters a "Young Republican," and more.

9. I don't have TIVO either...just a VCR..but I have learned to program it....so I wasn't sure

what you were saying. I know that it's hard for DU'ers who have given up Cable and even TEE VEE to participate when one of us start's yelling: "You Gotta WATCH_____ (blank show)" but there are transcripts. :shrug: And having been a "Dial Up until a few months ago...I know how hard it is to try to keep up...but the Transcripts will help that. Tweeties are usually up on MSNBC's webs site by the next day.
