Opposing the war is now illegal, thanks to an order signed by Bush on 7/17?

http://www.whitehouse.gov/news/releases/2007/07/20070717-3.html

This Executive Order, which is called, "Blocking Property of Certain Persons Who Threaten Stabilization Efforts in Iraq" gives Bush the authority to confiscate the assets of anyone who opposes the US led war.

It was signed on July 17th, and repeals the right to dissent and to oppose the Pentagon's military agenda in Iraq.

Opposing the war becomes an illegal act.

4. Here's an extreme example. My father told me not to go on the internet anymore
and I'm over 50. Because we own a piece of property together, he doesn't want me saying anything against the Iraq invasion online and he'll lose the property.

I don't know where to start with my tangle of thoughts. And yes, he is not a democrat.

5. That is not how I am reading the order
It looks to be predicated on a person having been 'determined' "to have committed, or to pose a significant risk of committing, an act or acts of violence" or materially supporting such a person, not simply opposing the war.

I think the Determiner would have a tough time suggesting that the majority of Americans who now oppose the war also threaten violence or support violent entities to interfere with it.

6. Question: is there ANY publicity for these 'exec orders'
This sumbitch was really done on the QT. I am guessing W must've done it in his bathroom with the doors closed and the shower running so no one would find out. So called filibuster provided cover also
I called my rep today and he had heard nothing about it. Promised to look into it and get back to me.
