In the spirit of bi-partisan co-operation in oversight hearings
I offer the motion to the committee that perhaps water-boarding of those testifying be instituted as a means of getting straight-forward answers instead of dissembling and lies. Seeing that Attorney General Gonzales himself saw fit to make legal arguments on behalf of such methods of interrogation, it seems only appropriate.

The motion is now before the committee, can we get the ayes and nays?
