Anyone heard of this documentary...looks good...going on Friday...
How did a group of men with little or no miitary experience, knowledge of the Arab world or personal experience in Iraq make such debilitating decisions as they led the U.S. military to war in Iraq? NO END IN SIGHT is the first film of its kind to chronicle the reasons behind Iraq's descent into guerilla war, warlord rule, criminality and anarchy -- and an astonishing insider's tale of wholesale incompetence and recklessness. The Bush administration's decisions and their consequences on the ground are candidly revealed by high-ranking officials such as Deputy Secretary of State Richard Armitage, Ambassador Barbara Bodine (in charge of Baghdad during the spring of 2003), Col. Lawrence Wilkerson (Colin Powell's former Chief-of-Staff), and Gen. Jay Garner (who commanded the occupation of Iraq through May 2003), and Iraqi civilians, American soldiers, and prominent analysts discuss the aftermath of the fall of Baghdad. NO END IN SIGHT examines the manner in which the principal errors of U.S. policy -- the use of insufficient troop levels, allowing the looting of Baghdad, the purging of professionals from the Iraqi government and the disbanding of the Iraqi military -- largely created the insurgency and chaos that engulf Iraq today. It marks the first time Americans will be allowed inside the White House, Pentagon and Baghdad's Green Zone to understand for themselves the disintegration of Iraq

9. I just now saw the trailer.
I clicked on an ad on Dailykos. I wasn't aware of it before that. Maybe they've purposely kept it low key until right before the release.

Why do we have to depend on movies to get the truth out?

That's a rhetorical question of course. We all know the answer.

We need to keep an eye on the theater chains and watch who tries to buy them. We can't lost that outlet.
