the perfect opportunity was just missed on CSpan
Dorgan was being asked about the two pdbs, Aug 2001 and Aug 2007 by Sen Byrd (that guy has to retire) Byrd asked him to read his chart as to what the pdbs were labeled and he said "Bin Laden determined to strike in the U.S.", failing to mention that the pretzeldent then ignored it and went on vacation.

They are talking about the container shipping security, only 5 yrs after the fact of course, but that's what they're speecifying about.
