Dear ACLU Supporter,

All summer, Executive Director Anthony D. Romero has been traveling the country talking about his new book, In Defense of Our America. The book tells the inspiring stories of real Americans on the frontlines of the fight for civil liberties, and the very real impact of the ACLU's daily efforts to defend our Constitution and our America.

Tonight, Anthony will be discussing In Defense of Our America on The Colbert Report on Comedy Central. Please tune in at 11:30 pm EST, to watch Anthony and Stephen Colbert go head to head on the state of the nation and to hear more about the extraordinary stories from the book.

2. I love him!
He is really a very inspiring fellow. I'm sure my favorite quote from him (that he attributes to his mother) is ancient but I love it anyway:

Tell me who you walk with and I'll tell you who you are.
