Tension Breaker: Analyze KKKarl's Handwriting!
The Washington Post details an encounter between a Colorado hotelier and our boy KKKarl. The encounter was memorable enough that Rove referred to it in a speech and he even sent a letter to the hotel owner. Here is that letter. All you handwriting enthusiasts have at it:

I detect an upwards-right slant to his writing which (IIRC) is supposed to indicate a good mood. WHY IS THIS MAN HAPPY?

3. Did you notice the shaky "R" on Rove?
Wonder what he was thinking at that moment?

22. Rove's word endings appear short with no flourishes. He does not appear very generous.
Rove does not act very generous in general. His words end abruptly with no flourishes at the end of most words.

23. I can dig it
I would imagine any "generosity" from Rove comes with an agenda.

5. The Aspen Institute
link: http://www.sourcewatch.org/index.php?title=Aspen_Institute

"The Aspen Institute for Humanistic Studies (AIHS) describes itself as an "international non-profit organization dedicated to informed dialogue and inquiry on issues of global concern."

Founded in 1950 by Walter Paepeke, chair of the Container Corporation, AIHS seeks to bring together leading citizens from private and public sectors of the U. S. and abroad to consider interrelated issues of the human mind and spirit in contemporary society. The group believes that immersion in the Humanist tradition can make participants in its program better decision makers. It Institute holds seminars primarily for business executives "for reflection, rediscovery of personal values, and examination of contemporary issues in the company of some of the best minds in the world" and gives cross-cultural training "to go beyond immediate business issues to the underlying questions faced in all cultures."

The Aspen Institute owns the 1100-acre Wye River Conference Center in Maryland, a park-like retreat that has served as host to a number of historically significant events, including Middle East peace negotiations. It also served as a temporary home to 5-year-old Elián Gonzalez in 2000 during the political controversy in the United States during the custody battle between his Cuban father and his Miami relatives. This in turn made AIHS a target for right-wing conspiracy theorists, who labeled it a "training center for a global army of psycho-social change agents..."

4. european style date and "7"
Edited on Tue Jul-24-07 06:24 PM by KurtNYC
enjoys his distance from others -- distance between words represents his preferred comfort zone.
strong will and control -- seen in the downstrokes and the near perfect 90-degree angle

edit to add:
the dot of the "i" is high and round = great imagination and enthusiasm*
"T" crossed more to the right = impulsiveness, animation, enthusiasm*
mix of cursive and printing = quick minded
narrow bottom on "B" in Best regards = suspicous and skeptical* (eg. not really feeling like sending his best regards perhaps)
"K" in Karl is disconnected = problems in social adaptation, cool and distant.
general letter shape is inverted spade = intellectually thirsty, eagerness to learn*

The shake in the "R" of "Rove" may just be his writing hand slipping on the edge of the pad as he reaches the bottom. The rest of the writing appears relatively smooth and healthy.

7. I always thought they were called "French 7's"
Whereas I don't do dates like Rove, I do write my sevens like that. My reason is because it delineates the seven from a 1 or a 9. Although, I am a fairly private person.

14. Actually, the date is more telling
That is military style way to write the date and the 7.

I don't recall the little squirrel ever serving his country. He must delusions of big codpieces.

9. See? Downward slant!
Of course, I think this is a letter from his death row cell? That might explain the bad mood. Maybe KKKarl's lines will be thusly directed when he begins his prison correspondence.

10. endings....
his endings are very abbreviated, a sign of someone who doesn't need to have others approve of what he does....hmmm....the letters are "tight" too - a secretive person. the "breaks" in the words indicate an intuitive person. closed "e's" - not open to new ideas, intolerant, close-minded. "i's" - perfectionist, good memory.

my take...

13. Honestly I think handwriting analysis is bunk
Especially since most people type instead of write these days.

Regardless I don't need to analyze Rove's handwriting to know he nuts.
