Listening to the Repubs on the committee is like reading them on FR or... |
|
...that other place. It doesn't matter how many times Conyers or Sanchez or the Dems remind the Republicans that executive privilege has limits, that this is not about Clinton, or whatever, they come right back and use those very same talking points to fill up their five minutes. It's like the explanations of WHY this must be done were never heard. NEENER NEENER NEENER. They simply refuse to address ANYTHING being said by the Democrats. Just like the way the freepers and freaks post on FR and the site whose name shall not be mentioned.
"NEENER NEENER NEENER! I CAN'T HEAR YOU!"

1. Yes, it seems that the GOP is caught in a time warp! And they refuse to |
|
recognize this:
The results of the Ken Starr investigation:
This was followed by insisting upon an endless occupation of sworn testimony from virtually everybody in the Clinton presidency including those closest to the president with over 1000 subpoenas issued by Dan Burrton’s insatiable House oversight committee along with several other committees the Republicans chaired on the pretext of doing the people’s business that delivered over 2 million pieces of unrestricted email, 560 hours of testimony, from over 160 individuals and all under sworn testimony before the public with no indictments and no convictions.
