Alberto Gonzalez CAN be Impeached, per the Constitution
of the United States of America. Article II, section 4 is plain.... It only remains for Congress to do its duty.

Section 4 - Disqualification

The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.

1. Now all we need is for Congress to do their jobs.
And it doesn't appear they're planning on that any time soon. Vacation time is here, don't you know?

Where are you planning on spending your month long summer vacation this year? Me? I'll be working. I'm thrilled that things are going so well right now that nothing warrants skipping the vacation and getting some work done.

3. damn, that's asking a lot.
I heard steny hoyer on Ed Schultz yesterday. I have never been more livid than that.
They are "too busy" to do impeachments, and it would suck the air out of all the other good things they are doing.

Steny. bullshit.

There won't be a constitution to use soon, at this rate.

4. All we have to do is impeach one of those turds, and the rest will scurry away in fear.
Well worth the investment.

6. good point. and gonzo is the best place to start
the easiest to accomplish, and lowest risk to those scared dumbocrat party members leading our party into oblivion.
Dammit, they were elected to represent the country AND protect the constitution. They are failing at both.

5. That's just another part of the Constitution that's "off the table."
Pretty soon it'll be fully shredded and used for Dear Leader's parades.
