Something creepy about Marriott Hotels?
I was just wondering if anyone else had noticed that Comedy Central is unavailable at Marriott's.

I've been traveling quite a bit and my company, which is made up of mostly white male republicans, always books us there. After about the 5th stay this year, I started to notice that Comedy Central is not available at any of them.

The more I think about it, the more irritated I get. I've written to them on the comment cards, etc., but never heard anything back. I'm starting to think that maybe it was because of the episode about Mormons on South Park. I know I sound paranoid, but when you are stuck for 3 days in a room somewhere - you get screwed out of some really good Daily Show episodes.

Thanks for letting me vent and please let me know if anyone else has noticed this.

1. They have to make space somehow on their cable system if they're going to be
able to market all that porn!

2. most hotels
i've stayed at don't have Comedy Central. I was just in Vegas a few weeks ago and the Rio didn't have VH1. Does that mean they're trying to prevent people from watching horrid reality shows and phil collins videos?

5. Well, In Vegas at least.. They don't want to give you any excuse to
be off the casino floor.. So it makes sense there.

4. Hey...I'm one of those Marriott Rewards Customers who has to use Dial Up when I
stay there because they need to send a Techie In to connect me to their wireless...and it takes awhile.
