Yes, it's another impeachment thread...
Watching KO tonight they showed a brief clip of a local government who supported impeachment. My question is this:

If there was a large massive movement of local governments across the nation numbering in the thousands voting for impeachment do you think it would help swing the votes of representatives and senators in our favor?

3. If a state legislature votes to impeach,
the Congressional Delegation from that state will put it forward on the floor of the house.
It can't be brushed aside by the Congressional leadership either, it's a priveleged motion and must
be heard. So impeachment would be the order of the day, or at least the hour, no matter what the
leadership thought about it.

7. Exactly right! And I don't remember the details now, but at least a couple of states
have come very close, until their congress-critters came and squashed it.

I just really want to know what is behind all this hold up of due process!

I really want to know who is paid off, or what the deal is.

It is, after all, our country.
