Can The Solicitor General Refuse To Appoint A Special Council?
Could Bush direct the Solicitor General not to appoint a Special Counsel to investigate Gonzo? Will he?

1. If he does, it is obviously obstruction
and therefore he should be impeached-quickly.

2. Shrub COULD direct him not to appt. but I seriously doubt
Ted Olsen would comply! I don't like Ted, and I never agree with him, but I believe he has too much concern about HIS reputation than to let Shrub ruin it!
