TX: Martial arts coach charged w/ knowingly infecting women w/ HIV
Edited on Thu Jul-26-07 07:34 PM by rainbow4321
This article tells **part** of the story. Today's local news said that he "targeted" mothers of his martial arts students...most of whom were married women. Local health officials expect the list of other potentially infected people once the infected women notify their husbands (and other sex partners) so THEY can all be tested. The radio news said that they expect more women to come forward now that the guy's name has been released. The article is vague with the the women "knowing each other"..uh, yeah, their kids all went to the same martial arts classes!
The released details could rock the community around here..the martial arts center he taught at is in Plano, one of the most neon red/repuke place in Texas.

Four women had relationships with a Frisco man before learning in January that they had all tested positive for HIV, according to police records.

Frisco police on Thursday released the arrest warrant affidavits in the case Philippe Padieu, 51, who has been charged with four counts of aggravated assault. He was arrested at an Addison nightclub Friday night.

The four women are the only known infected victims at this time. “They wound up knowing each other and that’s how all this came to light,” he said.

All four woman tested positive for the virus in January, the affidavit said. Two women notified police a month later.

1. Solitary confinement, for life, without the drugs.
What that degenerate pig has done is unconscionable. 'Aggravated assault'? Try first degree murder.

2. There's something seriously messed up with Plano. To wit:
"There were nine youth suicides in the mid-'80s in the corporate enclave of Plano, Texas."
http://www.libertarianrock.com/topics/rights/looking_for_easy_answers.html

"Plano students achieved notoriety following a cluster of nine suicides in 1983 that raised national awareness about suburban teenage depression. Most of the suicides were caused by carbon monoxide poisoning, however, a few of the suicides were caused by gunshot wounds. Plano students were again in the news in the late 1990s, the result of a city-wide heroin problem. The surge in heroin use culminated in coverage by several major news outlets such as NBC's Dateline and MTV's "Faces of Death." Heroin use in Plano eventually led to over a dozen overdose deaths of teenagers and young adults."
