Fats Buchanan really twisted the knife in this morning on Scabberro..
Fats and Scabber were having a real yuck em up this morning over the fact that Bush has the luxury of backing his Attorney General even though he is obviously a major fool and a perjuror.

Scabby asked Fats why that was, and Fats said because the American public isn't paying any attention, thus they really don't care. So then Scabby taunted by saying, so Schumer and company can hammer away at them because the public doesn't isn't watching it and doesn't care? Fats says, that's right! yuk yuk yuk.

So then Scabby segues to the commercial with this: Next up, Fats Buchanan will nail this Lindsay Lohan story down..

:argh:

Suggesting that talking with our enemies might be better than blowing the hell out of htem stupidly.

8. I think it ties in to a certain extent
Certainly talking is better than fighting on the isolationist scale.

10. He's always busting on Bush..
it's clear he can't stand the guy, as no true conservative idealogue can, except if they're on the Bush gravy train.

2. Say what you want about Imus--he would have been calling Gonzo a fucking liar and thief and worse!
He would have been calling for the Monkey's impeachment, calling him a bum, an idiot, a jerk, and more, too.

But they made sure he was shut up, didn't they? Good old General Electric, owner of the NBC family--We Bring Good Wars to Life!!!!!

3. That's 'Fats'' fall-back excuse for anything - no one's paying attention.
He used it for the Plame investigation, too. One day it will bite him in his fat ass.

Edited on Fri Jul-27-07 10:59 AM by Gabi Hayes
the media resolutely refuse to give this the sort of exposure they'd be giving it had it been Janet Reno, etc

same thing they're doing with Sicko

same thing they do with EVERY story that reflects unfavorably on the junta. they give it a mention or two, in order to cover their asses when they're accused of ignoring the story, then they move along to the next defense of our fantastic economy

14. The problem is this is what they have been doing all along..
every since bush has been in the whitehouse. Instead of looking at this as a problem for the country and letting people know that this is very important because the attorney General is abusing the law and he is the head of the department that sets policies and strategies to enforce the law, they look at how they can protect Bush and what is good for him instead of the country.

Due to the fact that they know that a lot of people who weren't paying attention to what has been going on all along they can now frame stories the way they want and make up lies. Another problem is that they think that a lot of people have not been paying attention to what has been going on for the last six years but I make sure I let people know whenever possible and who are the culprits who have been helping it to go on. These would be Mitch Mc Connell,Orrin Hatch,James Sennenbrenner,Larry Craig, Lugar, John Warner,John Thune, Norm Coleman, saxby chambliss, Ted Stevens, and a host of many others.
