The only solution to dealing with Gonzoles, Cheney, or bush |

Edited on Fri Jul-27-07 01:26 PM by mmonk
is impeachment. I just don't know how long it will take for people to figure it out. As far as these three go, why not start with Gonzo since this is what we're dealing with currently? Any thoughts on this? A special prosecutor seems to be a no go at this point.

1. Impeachment is the only way to go, yes. |
|
But the current crop of rethuglicans are loyal to a fault, even when it means the country marches down the road to fascism. This is just wrong on so many levels, but I believe they are convinced that the economy is going to fail and the only way to prop it up is permanent conflict.

2. My opinion is they will turn as the heat turns up, |

The one they would be most willing to distance themselves currently, IMO, is Gonzo.

3. I realized last night... |

....that a schedule of hearings where all manner of Republican treason is revealed might not be a bad campaign strategy. Perhaps impeachment is useful for that purpose even if it can't be fully accomplished by election time. Corruption always makes for good campaign issues.
