7. Armed Service Committee

talking about language on two bills that have to do with Troops Redeployment and rest time at home before another tour..these are important bills for our troops.
example of one question I heard.....when troops come home from Iraq .does that mean they cannot go back for certain period........but they can be deployed to Afghanistan??..........this is what the committee is working on........and another bill which I didn't catch

10. A friend told me today that when her son in law, who is a M.D.

goes back to Iraq for his 4th tour of duty, his pay is decreased.

Why? Because he is not living in the states and therefore he receives less pay.

Have you ever heard of that happening?

I thought they would get MORE instead of less.
