5. Okay -- I'm not making excuses for the puppets - however
With 130 degree heat - this would be an ideal time to kind of find a cool cave somewhere to wait out the scorching weather?

Yeah, I know the war is on, and our guys are suffering - but is this vacation period a new thing? Or something that has been done in the past - because of the conditions?

6. It's really SOP in some countries to take the month of Aug. off!
My son wowrks in Sicily, and he's often asked us to visit, but always says don't come in August. Almost all the stores and restaurants close down for the month. I believe it has a lot ot do with the extreme heat! I suspect the same is true in the ME.

Now WHY Shrub takes the whole month of August off is an entirely different question!
