We Need A Texas Lawyer To...............GONZO

We need a Texas Lawyer and anywhere else Gonzo is able to practice law to file a complaint of investigation of perjury and attempt to disbar this LIAR IDIOT......I think that would disqualify him for the position of AG......If you know one call them and see if they will step up to the plate and rid us of this rat-terd.

1. I think that disbarring is the way to go....
He is an embarrasment to the legal community....so is Harriet Miers.....

Complaints should be filed with the Bar Association......

2. I think anyone can file an ethics complaint with..
the state Bar Association of the state Gonzo is licensed in. The
Attorney General works for the people and therefore any of the people
have the right to file an ethics complaint against him. In NC, if this
is done, the accused attorney gets a letter notifying him of state
level investigations into his legal activities, and the complaint filer
also gets sent a letter confirming this.

3. I agree.
I think that anyone going to the Texas State Bar homepage will be able to pull up and Atty complaint form.

5. Maybe if every Texas DUer filed an ethics complaint..
maybe at least he would be disbarred.

4. I posed this question several days ago and got responses that
basically say AG doesn't have to be a lawyer to hold the office. Even if he is disbarred it won't necessarily effect his holding the office.....which I thought rather strange but......

6. Keeping Gonzo in the AG spot for a few more months is a
good thing. Most Rethugs now want him to resign because he is an emberassment & they think with Gonzo gone that the criminal acts of the Regime will be swept under the rug. Bringing him up for hearings Under Oath should continue until he admits to his crimes & those of his bosses. If he does not do so it will become more obvious to the American public that this Regime is criminal & must be Impeached, starting with Cheney.
