I look at scores on Fox Sports. Should I?
Or am I contributing to the beast by doing so? For some reason ESPN is slow on my puter.

2. ESPN is slow because they have too much crap on their site
Fox sports is decent. I don't go there much, but they're pretty good.

To make you feel better...apparantly Terry Bradshaw and Russ Feingold are friends (that should help alleviate some ill you feel)

9. Bradshaw is a perfect example of...
the former alcohol addicted, lunatic qb's of the 70's.

Stabler, Namath and Bradshaw were one extreme (drunken, loud, lunatic)

Staubach and Tarkenton were the other (the sober people)

18. Hey, hey, hey, Jurgensen was a carouser back in the 60s!
You would be too if you played for such crappy teams as the Eagles then the Redskins...

4. Fox Entertainment and Fox Newz not the same.
Edited on Sun Jul-29-07 06:30 PM by Mugsy
Though both are owned by Murdoch, they are separate entities.

Anyone who has watched the Simpson's knows there has been a long standing rivalry between the two. :)

I think you're okay.

8. Do they switch the scores ...
... depending on which team they want to win, the way they switch (R)s and (D)s on the names of politicians who are caught up in corruption or sex scandals?

Just wonderin' ...

10. If they don't like one of the teams they put
flames underneath their logos and 'accidently' put the name Osama bin Laden where the players name goes.

And the announcers use the term Jihad whenever that team is on a drive.

13. Fox Sports dumped Keith Olbermann.
Take that into consideration before making your choice.

(ESPN didn't dump Keith, he left. And the funny thing is, for all the bad blood between him and them at the time, they're saying they'd be happy to have him back hosting what will no longer be Dan Patrick's radio show. I don't think he'll do it, though--he'd rather work with Dan.)
