He's still a POLITICIAN, you know. I don't automatically believe everything he says on TV.
And "diplomacy" requires restraint, especially when dealing with the most powerful rogue nation in history. No matter what course of ACTION Britain takes, I fully expect that it will continue to say nice things about the little Dictatortot while it does so.

That doesn't stop him from telling the British people that he is removing their troops from Iraq as most want and then doing it.
Something else is preventing that.

I am paraphrasing. He said all assets including the military needs to be utilized to fight terra-ists. I heard him say it a few minutes ago. Bush must have told him to behave before the news conference.
