39. Gupta would say
it depends on the fall. Then he would go on and on about taking him to the nearest trauma center for a scan, to check for internal bleeding, etc. Of course if he only sprained his big toe or if he only went to the hospital as a precaution (as is suspected), Dr Gupta will disappear when the truth is known :D

He went on and on about how, since he was a neurosurgeon, he was going to help with surgery..and then later on the report said that the guy had died.. they did not elaborate on whether he died in surgery, or not..Dr Sanjay was rather vague..

It sounds like they may be either downplaying the accident, or he just has good health care and was rushed in for a band-aid.

I don't want to get all conspiracy theory about it, but he is a conservative "keeper".

Had it been one of their enemies on the court, there would be media speculation of a replacement.

Ebenezer Scrooge comes to mind.

Sure would be helpful if some of these conservative members of the SCOTUS would suddenly realize the damage Bush has done and begin to reign him in.

(Not much more there...except this mention)

Roberts suffered a seizure 12 years ago while on the golf course, according to Newsweek. He wasn't allowed to drive for several months and took the bus to work. Doctors never figured out the problem, but he hasn't had another since.

105. Senate would have to approve. We went through this when Rehnquisling became Chief Justice
And then Senate Democrats confirmed him, even though Rehnquist's past as a poll "watcher" administering bogus literacy tests and intimidating Hispanic voters in the early 1960s was brought up. Then they all acted surprised when the Rehnquist Court halted a legal vote count to award Florida and the Presidency to Bush.

Ah the great circle of Democratic cowardice!

but get same old crap. Why the secrecy? I'd imagine he could have "slipped on his boat dock" or maybe he was hanging himself up and the ladder was rickety and his dog hit one of the planks and he fell or that there was ANY normal explanation for his fall that would have been PUT OUT THERE and immediately OFF RADAR...

But...the SILENCE of the FALL...and the info that he had an "Unexplained Seizure" twelve years before his Senate Confirmations...do lead one to wonder...WHAT IS IT?

We didn't know Cheney Shot a guy in the face and what happened for over 24 hours. So...what's going on here?

a private joke he enjoyed when Bush told voters he'd be a compassionate conservative.

He was not a Supreme Court Justice but he did give legal advice to Jeb Bush, Governor of Florida, on how to get George Bush certified as the winner of that state's electors. So yeah, he was 'in on it' down in Florida, but he didn't give the election to Bush in the sense that the Supreme Court Felonious Five Traitors did.
