What is/are these "sovereign funds" that Thom Hartmann speaks of? |
|
He mentioned them on the show this PM, said they were a blending of corporations and government, said that corporations might wind up with armies, basically.
I can't find further info on the web (at least as far as the things he is talking about), and can't ask a question on his message board as I have to wait for someone to approve me.
Can anyone here tonight give me info/links?
Thanks!

But I can't find anything, at least near the top of the pages near the top of the search, that says anything about them other than as investment vehicles.
I want to know about his contention that something about them gives corporations the right to support private armies and shoot to kill, break down your door, etc.
I guess I should have been clearer in my original question, but yes of course I did Google it before I asked. You can Google something and still not get the information you are looking for....
