I am agreeing with the NAACP on Vick (for now)

I realize that it looks very bad for Vick. BUT I am siding with the NAACP at least until such time as more facts come out.

The NAACP has helped many, MANY African-Americans when no one else would and they have credibility as far as I am concerned on this situation.

2. If you notice, black, white, yellow or brown

the press repeats, repeats, repeats any type of thing to make sensational headlines......the three white sport figures from North Carolina got just as much play.

Why is it, when a black person gets bad press the NAACP jumps in. They have to realized the press are a bunch of dogs, and no matter your color they start replaying and replaying and replaying to keep up the rhetoric and to hook the public.

Nancy Grace had volumes and weeks about the three Lacrosse players. And as I said they were white.

4. What gets me about the Vick case is how his treatment for

this case compares to how the NFL handles spouse abuse cases. If you've got to choose between smacking your wife around or letting your dog fight you're better off hitting your wife.

or that it is somehow different in this case. I've seen threads that seem to call for him to be, for lack of a better term, lyched. One thread suggesting a new game called Black Dog. Shocking.

6. I don't think their credibility is an issue, they're just reminding us

what we all know, he's presumed innocent until proven guilty. It's not something to believe or not, it just is.
