what's up with Gonzo impeachment?
has it been brought up in the house yet? or are they waiting to see what the "bombshell" is in the WH letter that specter spoke about yesterday?

7. Why would he be in the House?
I didn't think Senators were much welcome on the floor of the House without a specific invite.

2. Should be brought to the HOUSE floor later today
CONGRESSMAN Islee from Washington state is supposed to introduce that the proposal be sent to the HOUSE judiciary committee. This is not a Senate deal and SENATOR Arlen Specter has nothing to do with this.

10. i know specter is senator
unfortunately he's one of mine.. but we have two related things going on with the impeachment

- we have the House request to start the process

and we have the letter Specter spoke about

didn't know if the Representatives in the HOUSE were waiting to hear the news on the letter and if this would influence bringing up impeachment

6. The bill or whatever you call it
was written up and put in the hopper in the house. Then when they get to it they will vote on whether to act on it. Takes a while.
