3. he discussed his bringing up Impeachment charges against Gonzo

He said this is the better route because even if Gonzo is convicted of Perjury charges, then Bush can pardon him and he would still be the AG.

He will be bringing this up on the House floor today and then it moves to the Judiciary Cmte and then back to the House for a full vote then to the Senate for trial which needs 67 votes to remove him.
