If you want to see some very clear "before" Aerial photos, click the "Birds-eye view" button at this link: <

After you click the link above, it should take you to an almost fully zoomed in satellite picture of the two bridges looking in a northerly direction if you are in the "Hybrid/2D" modes.
To see the "birds-eye view," click the button on the little control panel (with the slider) that looks like a little city. The control panel changes a little and now has a directional compass on it with a triangle in the middle, it should be pointing North. You should also see the North looking "birds-eye view." You can also zoom in a little by clicking the + sign above the slider.
The coolest part of this "Live Search" Maps "birds-eye view" is that if you click on the compass points on the little control panel, it changes to a photo taken from a different direction, which usually shows a lot of details that you couldn't see from the North looking photo. You can see the bridge from 4 directions (North, South, East, and West).
I'm just amazed at how weak this bridge looked compared to the other bridges near it. I mean, look at the 10th Street bridge right next to the I-35W bridge, it's half as wide but looks like it was built at least 5 times stronger! The I-35W bridge looks positively wimpy in comparison.
There are a few thinks regarding this "Live Search" site do kinda suck (compared to Google Maps). The site is loads very slowly, especially in the "Birds-eye view" and, when you slide a photo, you will reach the edge of one photo, usually it takes a lot of time for it to switch to the next photo, but when it loads, it's usually worth the wait.
If you've never tried Microsoft's "Live Search" Maps before, here's a link to a on-line "tour," a few tips from me are above: <
