TOKYO (AP) Japan's Meteorological Agency says strong quake has hit southern Sakhalin, issues tsunami warning for northern Japan.

5. Well when I was in EMS we learned to plan for
threes... major things came in threes....

Yep I know that it made no sense, but it worked
