Jul 30 2007 8:42AM ST. PAUL (AP) First lady Laura Bush is scheduled to travel to Minnesota later this week and will take part in a conference on youth development issues.

The University of Minnesota, which is hosting the conference, announced Bush's visit. She will be in St. Paul on Friday.
