I was appalled by Specter line of questioning (I always think for some

reason he will get a moral conscious---that is another story). He started out
by asking if he talked to his parents about this situation, his wife, asked he he was upset,
were these hearings distracting to his work? (Jennings said yes, very time consuming).
Then Specter asked how worried was he--legally and made a comment that Jennings had
appeared in his office yesterday with THREE lawyers.
Specter ended up by saying lots of wasted hours and distraction last several months!!
So, in the end, specter has caved once again!!
