BUSH: STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM MINNEAPOLIS
Edited on Thu Aug-02-07 11:57 AM by Greylyn58
A report on MSNBC mentioned that Bush might join Laura in Minnesota. Since she was planning to come to MN anyway, and not in response to this tragedy(like the WH implied), Bush thought he might tag along.

Well....Here's what I say to Bush about that: STAY THE HELL AWAY!

I can't even stand to watch you on TV anymore or listen to you when you give your little Rose Garden lie-fests. I usually mute the TV and put on the close-caption setting. Your voice makes me ill.

But the real reason I want you to STAY THE HELL AWAY is that I could not take your smirking, twisted lip, blathering about how well someone is doing in regards to this tragedy. I can not stomach your mindless snickering whenever a tragedy happens. I've never seen someone who gets off on death and destruction the way you do. Your performance during the horrific aftermath of Katrina is like a reoccurring nightmare and I have reached my limit. I couldn't take seeing you standing there with the dedicated, hard working men and women of the police, fire department and individual rescue units. GOD...the bile rises in my throat just thinking of that image. :puke:

You sir, are nothing but an opportunistic bottom-feeder, who wants your picture broadcast with these everyday heroes just to make yourself look heroic. Well...we all know that isn't so.

So again I say, STAY THE HELL AWAY!! They don't need you there, bringing your coterie of staffers, guards and others interfering with what must be done. Stay home. The people of Minnesota will take care of their own better than you could or would ever do.

Not that you've ever taken care of anyone else's needs in this country...unless you count your own sorry ass.

11. Is he bringing his f*cking bullhorn? Will he stand on the bridge rubble
with his arm around a fireman and promise us the bridge will be rebuilt, like, tomorrow? (Of course, it will; a contract will be awarded to Halliburton so there will be a nice shiny new bridge by next summer when the whole slimy lot of them come here for their satanic fucking convention and Timmy the Tool can cut the ribbon and get the VP slot he so desperately wants).

GET THE FUCK AWAY FROM MY STATE, YOU LOSER!

The last thing we need is that useless twit's entourage snarling up the rest of the highways.

JUST GO AWAY.

It should be a fret UP. He plays that thing, you got hellish dissonance. Even the musician's like "Dumbass, you got it wrong . .. here, move your hand . .. DAMN!"

Unless that's what he's going for.

9. Don't worry those of us who would like to see him covered in the slime he spews
wouldn't be able to even get near him. Remember when he was campaigning here in 2004. They had protestors out the ying yang. Well they kept them about 1 1/2 away all roped in. What they showed on National TV was people standing around waving flags and one little boy waving an American flag at him. They never got to see the people trying to cover him in the slime he deserves. They kept that off National TV, only the local channels showed it.

40. Remember when Laura called Katrina "Corinna"?
If those two come out to "comfort" the people of Minneapolis, they have no shame and their visit should be protested vigorously. Bush has never bothered to even think of our infrastructure needs in this country and how the federal government needs to work with the states to help them out.

My sympathy goes out to the good people of Minneapolis. You don't deserve a visitation by Bush on top of the tragedy you have just experienced.

I am grateful for the good people of Minnesota to help me understand the depth of this tragedy.

Here we go again with infrastructure. This time it affects a more minimal number of citizens.

I don't know what excuse Bush is going to trot out for us to villify. Whatever...

25. You've said exactly what * wants to hear.
He doesn't want the Federal government to have any responsibility for anything.

I would like to see him go to Minneapolis and fall all over himself (again) making hollow promises.

He wants the good people of Minnesota to take responsibility for a U.S. Interstate bridge.

His "people" knew that bridge, along with many others nationwide, is on the endangered list....but then he doesn't care about loss of life or limb. I lived in MN from 1992 until last December and dearly loved the state.

Last night I about had a heart attack while trying to get a hold of my daughter who lives in Minnetonka and used that bridge frequently after work hours to visit friends. I could not get a hold of her....thankfully, she left work late at 6:10(!) and the phone lines were jammed. I hope Minnesotans rise up after this initial clean-up and ask serious questions of the administration.

Yes, I'd love to see * go to the Cities and tell the good people what he is going to do and why he has been negligent in keeping our infrastructure safe. And maybe for good measure the citizens of the state could inquire how the levees are coming along in New Orleans.

I know you must have been going crazy. I understand your point of view on this, but he has already started passing the buck about the bridges failure.

I'm sure the good people of Minneapolis would no doubt call him on it, but I just can't take his smirking face anymore. I reached my bull**** limit some time ago and the prospect of even one picture of him near this tragedy was one too many.
