1. I'm not sure what you mean... |
|
...but if you mean that you can see within the Democratic Party those whom are working for us and those whom are not, then no, you are not wrong.
Even Feingold who I fully support has been wrong occasionally (voted for cloture on the Roberts nomination). The difference is in those whose body of work clearly is in the people's interest, and those who clearly have other priorities/interest.

2. Not at all, they're just comfortable exposing their true agendas now. |
|
The Republiks are in total disarray and all the people that matter have decreed that the Democrats will win in 08, so why bother to pretend anymore?

6. I'm willing to guess somebody paid off Diane Feinstein to allow that racist fuck onto the court. |
|
I live in Mississippi, and it's served by the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals. It is likely the most right authoritarian court out of all the districts in the nation. Feinstein is unimpressive. I hear her husband profited handsomely off the war in Iraq.

The Southwick matter is less clear, but from what I've gathered about the votes of Leahy versus those of Feinstein...nope! ;-)
